Updated: Jan 2

GET FIT

The Reynold's Wellness Center is a local favorite to work out, take classes, and play games. They are currently having a sale on memberships in January so sign up quickly. Another local favorite is a 24 hour Taylor Made Strength. The gym is perfect for those that are on the go often and need a flexible schedule.

MORE FAMILY TIME

The Children's Museum and local parks are a fun place to go for the whole family. Kids love to play and these places will bring out the kid in any adult. You can go camping at Sportsman Lake, enjoy the Splashpad during the summer, and play at Boomtown ( a kid favorite). Go golfing with the family at Jimmie Austin Golf Course.

TAKE A CLASS

Learn something new in Seminole by going to Seminole State College or Gordon Cooper Technology. They often have free lectures for the public. Another class that meets monthly is Seminole, OK Online. January's class is titled Create with Canva where they will learn how to do graphic design in Canva. Main Street Yoga hosts classes weekly, and is often adding new and interesting classes to their schedule. Try line dancing with Roger E Parks Heart and Stroke Foundation.

VOLUNTEER

The Seminole Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, and Seminole Arts Council has annual events like The Chocolate Festival, Made in Oklahoma, The Christmas Festival, and 4th of July that often need volunteers. Snowman Wonderland is a favorite among tourists and locals that has over 100 volunteers every year.
